EAP and BH benefit consultants with 5+ years. Former Lyra, Modern Health, Spring Health, Talkspace operators welcome. CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credential preferred.

What you would do

• Design employee mental health programs
• EAP architecture and vendor evaluation
• Benefit utilization analysis and ROI reporting
• Mental health benefit RFP support
• Compliance against mental health parity rules

Engagement structure

$0 retained. $100-175/hr engaged. Alternate: $2-5K/mo retainer per managed client. Referral fee on sourced clients.
