The Wilkinson Firm is expanding its hospitality division and seeking an experienced Executive Chef or Kitchen Leader to support our hotel and event venue partners across the Greenville area. This role is built for a culinary professional who can step into a fast-paced environment, lead from the front, and bring structure, consistency, and accountability to kitchen operations from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead kitchen execution for banquets, events, and hospitality partner operations
• Supervise, coach, and support kitchen staff before and during service
• Uphold food quality, presentation, and consistency standards across every plate
• Strengthen kitchen systems, prep flow, and back of house organization
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness compliance
• Partner directly with venue leadership to meet event and operational goals

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience (Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent)
• Banquet, catering, or hotel kitchen experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Reliable, professional, and solutions oriented
