Pay: $17 - $25 per hour, paid weekly. Schedule: Flexible. Pick up shifts at hotel kitchens, catering operations, banquet kitchens, and event venues. Employment type: W-2 part-time. Location: Jacksonville, FL and surrounding venues.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium hotel kitchens, catering operations, and event venue kitchens across Northeast Florida. We need professional Line Cooks who can run a station at pace and hold the line during banquet rushes.

What you do on a shift

  • Run your assigned station - saute, grill, fry, garde manger, pantry
  • Execute prep and mise en place before service
  • Plate to spec during banquet pushes
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with sous chef, prep team, and expediter

What we need from you

  • At least 1 year of line cook experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • Comfortable working in high-volume kitchen environments
  • Reliable transportation to venues
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
