The Wilkinson Firm grows by referral. That is not a slogan. It is the operating model.

Industry insiders who know the workforce problem already know who else needs a firm like ours. CMHC executives talk to other CMHC executives. Hotel GMs know other hotel GMs. MBE founders know other MBE founders. The referral is the highest-trust acquisition channel TWF has.

We are formalizing the Affiliate Partner Program. If you can refer client conversations that turn into TWF engagements, you earn a percentage of the contract.

This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter percentage to prove the model. Real upside as your referral track record builds.

What you would do

  • Refer qualified prospects into TWF across HR Advisory, PHES, and GovCon
  • Make the warm intro (email, LinkedIn, or call) and let TWF handle from there
  • Track your referrals through our standard Affiliate Tracker
  • Earn percentage on closed engagements

Compensation - Climbing Ladder

Stage 1 (first 3 referrals, mission-aligned starter):

  • 5% of first-year contract value on every referred engagement that closes
  • $200 cap per referral
  • Paid 30 days after first invoice clears

Stage 2 (after 3 referrals close + 1 multi-engagement client):

  • 10% of first-year contract value
  • No cap
  • Paid 30 days after first invoice clears
  • Recurring: 5% of Year 2 contract value if client renews

Stage 3 (after 10 referrals close + sustained referral quality):

  • 15% of first-year contract value
  • 10% recurring Year 2-5
  • Senior referral partner status (named on website if you wish)
  • Senior advisor track conversation opens

Who we want

  • Industry insider with a real network in BH, hospitality, government services, professional services
  • Comfortable making warm intros and trusting TWF to deliver
  • High signal-to-noise referrer - quality over volume
  • Optional: existing consultant, advisor, or vendor in adjacent spaces

Bonus: Past relationship with TWF (former colleague, mentor, vendor, advisor) or alignment with TWF mission (workforce equity, MBE growth, BH access).

Who we are not for

  • Lead-list resellers or referral aggregators
  • Anyone who has not personally vetted the prospect they are referring
  • Generalists with no specific network depth
