Job Description:

Build the hospitality staffing engine that takes TWF from $400K to $5M. Own the workforce pipeline. Architect the multi-metro Field Practitioner Network expansion. Build the team under you over 18 months.


Cities: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Charleston, Savannah, Columbia, Greenville-NC


The role: Own hospitality staffing operations across six Southeast metros plus Greenville-NC HQ. Build out the Field Practitioner Network (6 disciplines per metro, 1099 advisor model). Architect the W-2 line staff pipeline. Build and lead the staffing team in coordination with Yaminah Murphy. Own staffing P&L. Hit 5 new property accounts opened and 15 trial shifts placed per month by Day 180. Build partnerships with NCRLA, GRA, GHLA, AAHOA.


You are: 10-20 years in hospitality staffing, hotel operations, or workforce development. Built or scaled a staffing operation. Senior network of hotel GMs, Directors of F&B, Catering Directors. Operator-grade, worked the floor and set policy.


Measured on: Property accounts opened (target 5/month by Day 180). Field Practitioner Network ramp (target 12 advisors across 6 metros by Day 120). Staffing-side revenue contribution (target $1.5M annualized by Day 365).


Compensation: Modest base $2,000-$3,500 monthly during ramp. Commission of 8% on signed property accounts (years 1-3). Equity through TWF Earned Equity Ladder: Tier 2 grant (1-3%) after 6-month trial. Performance bonus stack: $5,000 at first $250K, $10,000 at first $500K, $25,000 at first $1M.
