Licensed clinical professional joining TWF's advisory bench for HHS Advisory engagements. Workforce health expertise, clinical operations counsel, supervision frameworks.

The role: Advisory support on HHS client engagements where clinical perspective is required. Contribute to The Workup deliverables that touch clinical workforce questions. Provide written advisory products (memo, framework, policy review) on a per-engagement basis. No direct client supervision unless explicitly contracted for. You are an advisor to TWF's HR Advisory practice, not the client's direct clinical supervisor.

You are: Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, LMFT, or comparable). 5+ years post-licensure in behavioral health, substance use, or HHS leadership. Familiar with NC, GA, SC, TN, or other Southeast state HHS regulatory landscape (or Massachusetts / Pennsylvania for Boston/Philadelphia roster slots). Comfortable with 1099 engagement-based work.

Measured on: Per-engagement deliverables.

Compensation: Tier B bench rate: $120-$160 per hour. Engagement-scoped. Reimbursable expenses up to 60% capped on multi-day engagements.

Hiring timeline: Engagements open continuously. Advisors added on a rolling basis. Engagement scope and start date set per project.
