BH compliance specialists with former CARF surveyor, HRSA program officer, Medicaid SPA practitioner, CMS CoP review, or 5+ years senior compliance at CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency. CHC, CCS-P preferred.

• CARF survey prep
• HRSA grantee reporting and compliance review
• Medicaid SPA mechanics
• CMS Conditions of Participation gap analysis
• 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protocol design
• Clinical supervision regulatory compliance audits
