The role: Run Discovery Calls with Executive Directors, Practice Owners, Clinical Directors, CHROs, and CFOs in behavioral health and HHS organizations. Lead with The Workup as the wedge offer. Convert into recurring HR Advisory engagements. Build PlacementCare proposals with the 18-month placement guarantee structure. Convert Year 1 partnership relationships (built by Annise Bradley) into Year 2 paying engagements. Maintain account expansion conversations. Coordinate handoff to delivery team upon signed engagement.

You are: 5-10 years in B2B services sales, ideally HR consulting, healthcare consulting, or PEO sales. Familiar with behavioral health, IDD, and HHS sector, or willing to learn the vertical fast. Comfortable selling to mission-driven clinical executives who screen against vendor-feeling outreach. Advisory-grade in conversation. Located in a Southeast market with HHS density.

Measured on: Signed HR Advisory contracts (target 2-4 in first 90 days). Workup conversion rate (target 60% of completed Workups convert within 60 days). Average contract value (target $25,000-$80,000 annualized).

Compensation: Modest base $1,500 monthly during first 90 days. Commission of 15% of first-year contract value, declining to 10% for years 2+ on the same account. Performance bonus stack: $5,000 per signed PlacementCare engagement, $1,000 per completed Workup. Equity through the TWF Earned Equity Ladder: Tier 1 (no equity) during first 6 months, Tier 2 (1-3%) eligible at month 6 if 5-gate evaluation met.
