About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium event and hotel bars across Northeast Florida. We need professional Bartenders who can make a clean cocktail at speed, manage a busy banquet bar, and represent our Gold Shield certification standards.

What you do on a shift

• Set up the bar before service - product, glassware, garnishes, ice
• Pour beer, wine, cocktails, and bar service per event tier
• Manage ticketed and open bar formats
• Handle cash and card transactions if applicable
• Coordinate with bar back, captain, and event lead
• Break down the bar at end of service

What we need from you

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in events, hotels, restaurants, or banquets
• FL alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Black-and-white uniform compliant attire (we will detail this on hire)
• Reliable transportation to events
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
• 21+ years old (FL requirement)
