Location: Remote (Southeast) (other Wave A SDR postings: Atlanta, Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville)

The role: Run 40-60 personally-signed cold emails per business day across HR Advisory and Hospitality Staffing target lists. Conduct 30-50 LinkedIn Sales Navigator connection requests weekly with one-line personalized opens. Place 10-20 warm-then-cold dials per day to prospects who opened emails or accepted connections. Qualify replies, schedule Discovery Calls on the CEO's calendar, log every touch in HubSpot. Iterate subject lines and opening copy weekly based on reply rate data.

You are: 6 months to 3 years in B2B outbound sales, ideally services or staffing. Comfortable with founder-led structure. You are not running a team. You are the team for the first 90 days. Detail-oriented in CRM. Every touch gets logged or it did not happen. Self-directed. The founder will not check your activity hourly. Located in or willing to commit to Eastern Time work hours.

Measured on: Discovery Calls booked per month (target 12-20 by Day 60). Reply rate on cold email sequences (target 8% positive reply rate by Day 90). Pipeline value attributed to your outreach activity in HubSpot.

Compensation: $0 base. Commission of 10% of first-year contract value on every signed client you sourced. Performance bonus stack: $250 per qualified Discovery Call that converts to a proposal, $1,000 per signed Hospitality account, $2,500 per signed HR Advisory engagement. Equity through TWF Earned Equity Ladder: Tier 2 grant (1-3%) eligible at month 6 if 5-gate evaluation met for top performer status. Realistic 90-day earning estimate at target performance: $3,000-$8,000.
