TWF is a workforce strategy and staffing firm. Year 2 of operations. Our HR Advisory practice serves behavioral health and mental health providers across the Southeast. We are building a senior clinical bench - operators who have led clinical functions at scale.

Who we want

Former Clinical Directors, Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officers, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Directors at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, MSOs, or state BH authorities. You have led clinical organizations, owned clinical P&L, navigated CARF surveys, Medicaid SPA mechanics, CMS Conditions of Participation, and clinical workforce strategy.

Engagement structure

$0 base. $150-300/hr when engaged. 10% referral fee on first-year revenue from sourced clients. Optional phantom equity grant (0.05-0.25%) for named senior seats. Public credit on firm advisor page with your consent. Long-term founding-team consideration possible for the right operator.
