LinkedIn Ghostwriter (Performance Contract) - Remote

Our clients are workforce decision-makers. Our partners are senior operators. Our hires are operator-grade contributors. They all live on LinkedIn. Our brand voice is real, our content is underbuilt, and the gap between what we could be saying and what we are saying is leaving real revenue on the table.
We need a ghostwriter who can sit inside the founder voice and ship daily presence at our standard.
This is a performance role with a clear climb. Mission-aligned starter rates. Real upside as your posts compound reach.
What you would do
- Ghostwrite 3-5 LinkedIn posts per week in the founder voice
- Mix formats: industry commentary, founder reflection, client case framing, hot-take, behind-the-scenes
- Coordinate with TWF on cadence, themes, and approval workflow
- Iterate on what is landing - viral inbound is the goal, not aesthetic
- Maintain a content calendar with the Social Media Manager
Compensation - Climbing Ladder
Stage 1 (first 90 days, mission-aligned starter rate):
- $25 per approved post
- $25 milestone bonus per post that crosses 5,000 impressions
Stage 2 (after 25 approved posts + 3 posts crossing 10K impressions):
- $50 per approved post
- $50 milestone bonus at 5,000 impressions
- $150 milestone bonus at 25,000 impressions
Stage 3 (after 6 months + sustained inbound traction):
- $100 per approved post OR $2,500/mo retainer (whichever is higher)
- $100 milestone at 10,000 impressions
- $500 milestone at 50,000 impressions
- 5% of any inbound revenue traced to LinkedIn-sourced leads
- Senior advisor track conversation opens
Who we want
- 3-7 years writing professional B2B content
- Proven track record on LinkedIn (yours or a client's)
- Can hold founder voice across multiple posts without drifting tone
- Strong taste in hook structure, narrative pacing, and call-to-action
- Comfortable with the strategic feedback loop (we will reshape direction as posts land)
Bonus: Experience writing for workforce strategy, behavioral health, hospitality, or government contracting domains.
