The role: Run Discovery Calls with hotel General Managers, Directors of F&B, Banquet Directors, and Catering Directors. Build proposals using the TWF capability stack: Gold Shield Certified standards, captain-led delivery, multi-state coverage. Negotiate and execute Master Service Agreements with new properties. Manage the first 30-day trial conversion process in coordination with Yaminah Murphy, Director of Hospitality Operations. Maintain account expansion conversations after initial signing, second venue, multi-property contracts. Forecast pipeline weekly in HubSpot.

You are: 5-10 years in hospitality sales, hospitality staffing, or hotel F&B leadership. Comfortable across hotel chains, independent properties, and event venues. Have a network of GMs and Directors of F&B across the Southeast already, or the willingness to build one in 90 days. Operator-grade. You have closed events and you have run events. Located in a Southeast market with hotel density. Comfortable with up to 25% regional travel.

Measured on: Signed Master Service Agreements (target 4-6 in first 90 days). Trial shift conversion rate (target 70% of trial properties convert to recurring relationships within 30 days). Account value at signing (target $25,000-$75,000 annualized per signed property).

Compensation: Modest base $1,500 monthly during first 90 days as the book builds. Commission of 12% of first-year contract value, declining to 8% for years 2 and beyond on the same account. Performance bonus stack: $2,500 per signed property over 4 in any 90-day window. Equity through TWF Earned Equity Ladder: Tier 1 (no equity) during first 6 months, Tier 2 (1-3%) eligible at month 6 if 5-gate evaluation met.
