The role: Train TWF captains and Lead Captains in your discipline. Co-deliver one to two partner-venue trainings per year. Provide strategic advisory on premium service standards and event delivery. Participate in monthly virtual leadership syncs (30 to 60 minutes).

You are: 20+ years in hotel general management at a full-service property. Current or recent role at Hilton, Marriott, full-service convention property, or premium independent. Comfortable with 1099 independent contractor structure. Located in or near one of our metros.

Measured on: Per-engagement deliverables (training sessions, written advisory products).

Compensation: Tier C Executive bench rate: $160-$200 per hour. Annualized commitment: 30-40 hours per year. Reimbursable expenses (lodging, travel, materials) covered up to 60% against caps. Engagement is project-based. Joint trainings split 50/50 with partner venue.

Hiring timeline: Engagements open continuously. Advisors added to the roster on a rolling basis. Engagement scope and start date set per project.
