Lead Generation Specialist (Per-MQL Contract) - Remote

Engagement: 1099 contractor. Per-Marketing-Qualified-Lead fee + pipeline share. Location: Remote.

Most lead-gen contractors deliver lists. They scrape, they spam, they hand over a spreadsheet, they get paid, they walk. The leads do not convert. The firm wastes time. The contractor moves to the next client.
The Wilkinson Firm needs lead generation specialists who deliver marketing-qualified leads - people who have engaged with TWF content, are within our ICP, and are ready for an SDR or AE conversation.
This is a performance role with a clear climb. Mission-aligned starter rate. Real upside as your MQL pipeline converts.
What you would do
- Source MQLs against TWF's ICP across HR Advisory (BH, FQHC, IDD, hospital), PHES (hotels, venues, catering, convention), and GovCon (federal, state procurement)
- Deliver MQL package: name, title, company, contact info, engagement signal (post they reacted to, content they downloaded, event they attended)
- Coordinate with TWF AE/SDR teams on hand-off
- Track conversion rate from your MQL to meeting to opportunity to closed
Compensation - Climbing Ladder
Stage 1 (first 90 days, mission-aligned starter):
- $15 per MQL delivered (must meet ICP + have a captured engagement signal)
- Bonus: $50 per MQL that converts to a Discovery Call
Stage 2 (after 100 MQLs delivered + 15% Discovery Call conversion rate):
- $25 per MQL
- $100 per Discovery Call conversion
- 2% of pipeline-sourced revenue traced to your MQLs
Stage 3 (after 6 months + sustained conversion):
- $40 per MQL
- $150 per Discovery Call conversion
- 5% of pipeline-sourced revenue
- Retainer option ($1,500-3,000/mo) for committed weekly volume
- Senior advisor track conversation opens
Who we want
- 2-5 years B2B lead generation
- Comfortable with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or equivalent
- Strong ICP discipline - you do not deliver low-quality leads to hit volume
- Engagement-signal sourcing fluency (LinkedIn activity, content downloads, webinar attendance)
Bonus: Vertical depth in BH, hospitality, government services, or professional services.

- List scrapers who measure success by volume not conversion
- Anyone who has never been asked about their MQL-to-meeting conversion rate
- Generalists who cannot speak to ICP fit
